In order to keep the business going on properly , it is important to satisfy all the customers. There are a lot of organization that are in competition. When the company reaches a certain target point, it is important to satisfy everyone. It becomes really difficult to manage and handle things.  A call center is the place where a lot of data has to be stored and loads of customer complaints have to be handled. Initially all these things were done in the form of files and manually. Now with the advent of technology, this has been simplified. Every call center gets more that 1000 calls per day and the calls are recorded using the efficient phone that is attached to the system. The complaints are recorded soon and the problem is solved immediately.

The improvement from older times
In the modern call centers, there are more than thousands of clients working. They make a lot of phone calls and it is difficult to handle them manually. So all the modern techniques are used  to store the data and handle them. With the advent of technology , the call centers work effectively and efficiently. Several new and modern techniques are introduced which has made the work easy and fast. The main objective of the technology is the assimilate different forms of communication into one platform. The compute Telephony –Integration or commonly known as CTI has made it easy. Most of the call centers are using this technology to run their process smoothly. This not only helps the con, pay but also the clients as well. As everyone is buying in present time, no one has time to wait for the service. It is well and good if the company is equipped with the latest technology to solve the issues quickly.

Both the outbound and inbound call center are making use of this technology . So the day to day work is getting simpler. This has revolutionized the whole concept of call center. Every client looks forward to get a solution that will solve the problem easily and diplomatically. The IVR system is used these days. This is also a new feature and the modern technology has made things better and people . It has also lessened the work load of different people working in the call center. At an initial stage, the call center has an automatic dialing system for all the calls that get missed. This was the scenario in most of the inbound call centers, With this technology, they were able to make effective calls to the customers.

But in the modern time, the technology allows you to trace the call. This made the life of both the company and client easier. You will be able to trace the person with the number and extract all the details about him.  All the details can be filed with the incoming call. Apart from all these technologies, there are several other development that has taken place in the call center with the advent of technology.

Importance of Technology in Rural Development

This is an era of globalization. The whole world is interconnected with the help of technology. The impact of technology made revolutionary changes in all the sectors like health, education, communication, agriculture etc. similarly the technology plays significant role in rural development. The world is becoming advanced day by day but every country has to focus on development of rural areas also, development of a country is directly proportional to the development of rural areas.

There are many countries which are lagging behind because of underdeveloped rural regions; these regions are facing many problems like water resource, education, food, transport, energy etc. These all problems can be resolved by the help of technology.
We find a tremendous amount of rich raw materials in rural areas if we augment technology to it then there will be no more differentiation between rural and urban areas
The technology aids the people to lead a sophisticated life by providing necessary basic needs along with this high tech medication, education etc which indeed help human being for complete development, if children get good education, food and health then a child grows up with excellence which indirectly betters the country

Technology for water resource
Water is a prime concern for life, without that it is impossible to survive, not only human but also for all kind of animals. The major problem in rural areas is water resource and its management, with the help of advanced technology we can solve this threat and the perfect management of water involves many points like storage, cleaning, protecting and supply.

Water can be stored largely when it is available by construction of dams. Cleaning of water for drinking purpose includes testing the characteristics of water and filtration process. The water can be protected using   ClayPotFilter and water disinfector etc. The supply of water is done systematically through channels, pipelines and underground linings etc.

Technology for production of Energy
Energy is the basic requirement for everything, it may be in any form and there are many resources for the production of energy solar, wind, thermal, chemical, water etc. The solar energy is stored and converted into electrical using solar panels and battery,
Which can be used for many purposes like cooking, light, heating same way the wind can be stored and converted for utilization of daily needs. The energy can be generated by chemicals through different chemical manipulations; hence the technology plays an important role in the production of energy.

Implementation of Technology for infrastructure development
Buildings and the houses are the essential need for the human beings, which protects us from harmful whether impacts like heavy rain, sunrays and wind. In earlier days Construction is done by trees, grass and mud but the technology advancement made orbital changes, now we use cement, steel, earth bricks, ceramic bricks etc. These are very reliable and strong. Usage of wood is fully customized and efficient these days.

A Construction system involves construction of pillars using concrete and roofing is done using RCC (reinforced cement concrete). Buildings are eco friendly and climate controlled. The latest technology in infrastructure development is revolutionary.
