What Is Inner Counselling?
When you pull yourself from your subconscious and conscious frame of mind, this is known as the inner counselling. Inner counselling does not only affect our outlook towards life, but also nourishes us in terms of our personality prospects. Thus, it allows an individual to take up the tough tasks and reach their goal.  This enables us to start from the base level of our “Inner-Self” which helps us to reach the finish line.
It is often said that our higher self is like an obedient watcher which keeps a tab on us ALWAYS.  Isn’t this true? Let us take up an example, place yourself in terms of love, honesty and spirituality. Your inner self succeeds you to achieve your goal when put to your mind. Therefore, all the rubbles start to detoxify from your life, which leaves a positive stride in one’s attitude.

The Basics:
We as the Existing human souls come across various situations in our day to day lives. And situations tend to change us or shall we say they tend to make us better each time. Let us say, an individual has gone through their most traumatic phase of life, they might have transformed into a new individual. You have become too sombre towards life. It’s highly recommended that you visit a Psychiatrist if you are unable to talk it out with anyone else around you.   Identify yourselves with them that are what they are for. And it will be easy for you to put up your pieces back together with the self healing.
Create a Log: Writing down your feelings is a great help. The best step to start with your self-healing is to maintain a log of your habits each day. Not you but your journal must know about what you feel. By doing this you can help your mental discomfort ease by rating it on a scale of one to ten. This will help you to keep a check on your pattern and make you move on the correct trail. Now mark your happy feet activities and Progress well.

Inner Self vs. Higher Self
Inner Self: is mainly to be accountable for your own actions when you pay attention to what you exactly feel
Higher Self: is the amalgamation of the spiritual world with the sub conscious mind and the inner self.
Ever thought about the reason why people who meditate are more positive and calm in life? Because they constantly try to nourish their mental being! Thus, they master with their Higher self.

Difference
There are situations in life when we feel tied up with a rope which is hard to unknot. This relentless road of life makes us feel deep inside that life is going too fast and we’ve got no time for our own mental conditioning.
We are engulfed inside the bucket of responsibilities. And because of this we tend to become more sad, impatient, tired or even angered. What can be done to stop the slowing down of life in such a scenario? Well, it’s the nature that can really heal you better. Get in touch with the nature, breathe and feel the bliss. Remember, the minute of the changes can turn out to be among those huge benefits.
Some best ideas could be like taking a walk in the park, spending time with the birds and the ducks, feed them and collect the positive energy from all around the nature. Be it the wind, be it the water waves of the pond or be it the gazing of children playing, it is all the positive energy.
Now you must be wondering how is feeding the birds or even gazing at the water help? How will the chipping of the birds on the trees be helpful? The answer is pretty simple; the sound is so relaxing that you tend to forget every negative aspect or problems that you are going through.

Indeed you have! And this will help you to retain your positive aura. You must figure out what is really leisure for you.  It could be nature walk, hiking, watching stand up comedy or anything else. If you don’t feel positive from within, you can’t be catching up with your own self.
The Treatment
Dealing with a trouble deep inside? Realized that you need a healing to that problem? Before taking the steps, let me tell you that the counselling treatment is not to be taken so casually. Therefore, you can’t be hopping on the Plan 2 if you haven’t completed Plan 1. It is the base of your issue that you must hit first instead and that is how the inner healing works.
The Therapist: always remember that a therapist is not there to judge you by your talks. They are just there to listen to you and understand about what you exactly feel. By doing this you can try and identify yourself with the therapist so that he/she helps you to get rid of the problems that are surfacing like the bubbles on you.  For example, you talk about your partner to the therapist and mention about their constant drug inhaling issues.  You’ve tried more than enough like taking him to the chapel every Sunday. But one fine day you end up reaching for your therapy session confessing that you tried your level best but ended up doing the same with him because of your helplessness.
Concepts to it
When you discuss it with your therapist what happens is that you identify the problem even before your therapist responds to it. And now your mind realizes that the person is completely a mismatch for you.  Its time you part ways. And the icing on the cake was that you’ve been with him for just three months.
You must have dated many men and must have been through the rough patch with one of them. Use that! Use What? The past experiences that you’ve learned from. Just pull away like a magnet to its opposite.
Ever heard Ignorance is Bliss? Oh yes, and here you go, Just ignore him for a few days and like we say, “Time heals and fades the BAD memories”. You’ll notice the changes while you talk to your therapist.  You will get over the pain and overcome towards the surface of joy.
The Conscious Mind within you is finally not revolving around this person who is unhealthy for you. Thus, you feel the healing. And that is what peaceful people do to you, Make you Heal.
Problems, they are a part and parcel of everyone’s lives. We all are surrounded by issues. Remember, you can never improve if you don’t wish to improve. Someone pushing you to improve yourself won’t change.
Express Yourself! Talking out your feelings and your thoughts with a friend or any therapist is the best way to have yourself to set free of the troubles you are facing. Let them advice and follow as you like.
Be Selfish! Yes it is healthy to leave someone who is unhealthy for your life. Better to work on yourself first and then help out others. 
Guide your Inner Child
Healing your Inner Child is the first aspect when it comes to the guiding process. Before you start this six step journey you have to validate your mind, body and soul with trust, Trust yourself and your actions. This gradual process will stop at many emotion stations of anger, happiness, anxiety; tears etc. learn to hit the rock hard. These rocks are nothing but just the obstacles that you face. Face them, break them and Move on!
Not an easy way out, but once you notice that you have started to integrate well in the healing procedure, you will be stronger. Stronger as you get, the more confident you feel. The major impact on your spirituality and your attitude will be a solace to you.
When you Tune with your inner self, you learn to associate yourself with the circumstances and learn to pint the root cause to the issue. And in this situation, you can follow the listed steps and be Your Inner Counsellor.

Step It Up
Before we start, remember the Golden words, “Counselling is the first stepping stone towards the true guidance”.
If a person is unable to help themselves, they need to get some counselling sessions so that you can identify the problems within your life on your own. Indeed you have your counsellor who will cross questioning you and will dig deeper about what you feel. But before all of this, you must learn to Trust yourself. Let that inner child come out of the bubble that you have created around you. Let it release and not hide. Say you have faced a lot of negligence or any abuses in the past, do not be afraid! That is why we have the therapy sessions. Just for you!
Validate your actions. Let us take an example: say you are a kid who has had a bad past with their father, who has had a hell lot of issues with their father. You were hit by him sometimes and yet you feel wounded, that’s pretty normal. If you feel wounded, haven’t recovered and are experiencing the feelings like that of rage and anger, it’s completely alright!
Will you let this rip you life apart? No, you won’t! Because healthy minds are those,  who “forgive and forget”. Now do not take it for masking to run away from the situation. Face it to come out of that shell and eventually you will learn to not talk of your past.

Meditate and Communicate
Meditate
“Meditation”, we have heard a lot about this term. But what is it really? When you detox your mind and focus on your body, it is called meditating. Choose a serene and peaceful place that would help you to concentrate.  One picture perfect idea would be to carry a mat with you to a hillside.
Nature, wind, chipping birds and mother earth are all your surroundings! You can also choose to meditate in your room or even in the backyard of your house. Some music and incense sticks would be a great idea.
Be Comfortable. All you need to do is cross your legs and sit back and let your room be your “Official Meditating Headquarter” for you!

Communicate
“Communicate”, and make things easier in life. If you do not wish to see a therapist, all you need to do is communicate with your higher self within. Inhale and Exhale and just focus on your body! Get in touch with your friend in person or via phone call and discuss it with them about what you feel (Post meditation).
Your vital recovery and your healing procedure begin this way. You can communicate with your friend, family or your partner regarding and let them know how you feel. This is called an effective communication.


Never Regret, Move ahead
Your life can be better, but how? The answer lies in the title itself, “Making sensible decisions”. You don’t have to just decide but decide sensibly to move ahead in life.
For example: You’ve received a new job offer from a hospital to which is at a vast distance. Also the pay is not that grand according you. Initially you were planning to take up the job at a School. Which could be a better selection among the two?

The Teaching Job undoubtedly!  Because when you work for $60 per hour, it is better than working 10 hours at $10 only. Don’t allow the jeopardy to goof in, make the choice which is worthwhile.

Right Choices
The next example which we are going to take up is the “decisions over relationships”. Say you have a sibling who has fallen down to a deep pit and wants to show you down each time this doesn’t mean that they are doing it on any intentional note. Just that they are refusing to get out of it!
